"Talento" was my bachelor degree project. It is a job platform for fresh design students. I did the full Branding process from Research to Typography to Logo to color. After the basic Branding I did Webdesign and Social media Posts.

I start every Research witch Brainstorming, after that I usually do a mindmap and than online research.
I always sketch on paper to clear my mind and explore a lot of ideas. After paper sketching i pick some of my favourits and go digital. The first idea was to use simple shapes wich you learn as a graphic design student. But these shapes were just too aggressive, so I challanged myself to design the logo only with half circles. This made the logo more inclusive and professional.
